Kara Keto 1: Ask yourself, what is causing your stress? Be really honest with yourself! Phase 2: If the pressure factor is an problem you have at your workplace or at house, can you take action for it? Sit down and try to solve the problem so it doesn’t bother you anymore. Phase 3: If the pressure factor is something that you cannot solve, or it's generally an independent fact that causes pressure sometimes (e.g. handling children), then figure out how to separate yourself momentarily from the pressure factor.
